Extend player name cap to 16 characters

My name got cut off because it’s over 12 characters. Instead of saying “CacklettaSoul”, it says “CacklettaSou”. Extend the character limit to 16.

Btw, did you know there were many user accounts whose name consists of 14 characters?
They were made when their Solana wallet (or Ethereum) was used to create a modd.io account.
However, we can’t change our names to have more than 12 characters as of now…
