Basically I made a variable Coins and I want it to show up on the bottom right corner of my screen as a overlay text

You could make a player attribute that has the exact same name and modify it as you do your variable itself.
That attribute can be shown on the bottom right.
alternatively you can use css in an advanced tier game to change the text overlay position.
