Password reset does not seem to work

Hello! when I try to reset my password for my old 2016-2017 account, it does not seem to send me an email. I’ve tried multiple times this year.

Contact the adminstrators, so they can fix your password, so your password reset should work when the adminstrators have solved the problem.
