To change a profile picture in modd.io you either need to buy a skin in a game and use it as your profile picture or make a skin and submit it in an advanced tier game. The problem is that if you don’t have an advanced tier game and you want a specific profile picture you need to submit that skin to an advanced tier game and hope that the creator will accept that skin If he don’t then you can’t make your own profile picture.
