[Suggestion for Modd] HTML in script comments

I think HTML in comments could be easy to implement and really helpful for making better in-script docs.

For example:

• bigger or bold comments to separate different use cases (I want it)
• anchors to TO DO places on the top of the script
• diffrent color for currently tested feature/TO DO
